All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Sonya's Styles are final sale.

Due to the nature of our boutique, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for merchandise once an order has been placed. Please carefully review item descriptions, sizes, colors, measurements, and product details before completing your purchase.

No Refunds or Exchanges

Sonya's Styles does not offer refunds or exchanges for:

. Wrong size selected by the customer

. Change of mind

' Color preference

' Items that do not fit as expected

' Items purchased on sale or clearance

' Failure to review product descriptions or sizing information

. Delayed delivery by the shipping carrier

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want to make sure you receive the item you ordered in good condition. If you receive an item that is damaged ,defective ,or different from the item you ordered, please contact Sonya's Styles within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. If the issue is confirmed to be an error on our part, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate remedy.

Order Cancellations

Because orders may be processed quickly, order cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you need to cancel an order. Once an order has been shipped or processed, it cannot be canceled.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Sonya's Styles is not responsible for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after the shipping carrier confirms delivery. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
